Finding the Silver Linings
Choosing to shift your perspective helps you to always find a silver lining in every cloud and not be overwhelmed by your experiences. When you live under the law of truth, you live in the now, not in the past nor in the future and when you live in the now you find that you are no longer making problems for your own self. You find that your life becomes timeless and free from old habits or emotions linked to unwanted events in the past. Likewise, living in the future puts you in a dreamy or unconscious state which we enter to avoid the truth of our lives or the truth of ourselves in the now.
You find that your life becomes timeless and free from old habits or emotions linked to unwanted events in the past.
When you choose to live in truth, you are true now – you can’t be true yesterday or tomorrow, you can only be true in the moment. And that my friends is what makes you who you are, and it is the critical distinguishing mark of your individuality. The gold standard that makes you!
If you are not living in the now it means that you are living somewhere else unconsciously, and what others are seeing is a mask.
What are my most pressing thoughts right now? Am I in a good place emotionally? What is my present financial status? How did I get there? Am I living in awareness?
To live in your truth is to start being true without hesitation. You’ll find that if you forget, you will immediately be reminded by the circumstances you create; having to duck here or dive there or compromising on your boundaries that’s when your circumstances start to control you. If you don’t believe that, then when you get stuck between a rock and a hard place, ask yourself: What are my most pressing thoughts right now? Am I in a good place emotionally? What is my present financial status? How did I get there? Am I living in awareness?
Be aware! Whatever continues to trouble you is what you are not facing up to or what you are running away from. My advice is to stay and face whatever you created… just be still in it… let it flow over you for a moment.
When we face up to our fears/anxieties/terrors/torments - whatever we might call them - we weaken them! They don’t disturb us anymore because we are in a truthful moment. Don’t beat yourself up for your past mistake; you human - to err is human, remember? The empowering thought for you at this time is - there will always be opportunities to try again and the good thing is, each time you try again, you get closer to success. Empower yourself, live in awareness.
Cheers,
Donna
